PGxHealth is happy to make patient education materials available to help explain cardiac channelopathies and cardiomyopathies, the FAMILION tests, and the services the company provides.

• The cardiac channelopathy patient booklet contains information to help patients understand more about the FAMILION family of genetic tests. The booklet also provides information about LQTS, CPVT, or BrS.
  
  
• The cardiomyopathy patient booklet contains information to help patients understand more about the FAMILION family of genetic tests. The booklet also provides information about HCM or ARVC.
  
  
• The PGxHealth Patient Services booklet provides an overview of the process that PGxHealth uses to complete benefits investigations, insurance pre-authorizations, and appeals on the patient’s behalf. These processes are important to ensure any patient out-of-pocket expenses are as low as possible.
