About PGxPredict™:RITUXIMAB Test

PGxPredict:RITUXIMAB test is intended to provide important information for patients with follicular, CD20-positive non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma who are candidates for treatment with rituximab, and for their physicians and caregivers. Based on two independent studies,^1,2 patients who carry a specific genetic variant in the rituximab receptor were shown to be more likely to respond to rituximab monotherapy. The PGxPredict:RITUXIMAB test detects that specific genetic variant and empowers patients and their doctors to make better informed treatment decisions.
